General Electric contracted QQE (then known as “Behm Glass”) to cut the first fused quartz ingot in Ohio, USA. This marked the start of an extensive and exciting journey supporting the Semiconductor industry with high purity quartz products.  For 60 years, QQE has thrived through the various cycles associated with the expansion of the semiconductor industry and we’ve positioned ourselves as the leader in providing high purity fused quartz products to the world.

Our new ownership team continues to invest and push the boundaries of what is possible.  We are excited and humbled to be on the cutting edge and ahead of the curve.
