A useful tool incorporating water at high velocity and pressure, along with an abrasive media, capable of cutting a variety of materials including quartz and ceramics. In many applications, a water jet may be used instead of other cutting tools (e.g. laser, diamond saw) offering efficiencies that the others may not.
